Anyone know the trick to getting support? I get the runaround...

We're a small non-profit.  If I log into our account (business.comcast.com) and use the chat link or call the number (either on the bill or website), I am told "can't help - wrong department - call someone else".  When I call someone else, I'm told "can't help - wrong dept - call someone else", etc.  Business send me to residential, residential send me to bulk, bulk send me to business, and so on.

I would dearly love to know the trick to calling the right support department.

Currently getting an "Unable to determine User from attribute" error.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Am I being messed with?  Is this a scammer trying to phish for details?  Is someone trying to wind me up?

After following the instructions I see a bunch of names like supportatSJ, supradave, superfrustrated, etc in the dropdown.  Nothing with Xfinity in the name.  Out of curiosity I tried just Xfinity and there were no results.
