PTR Record
I am very dissatified with Comcast Business Phone support. I have spoken with 3 different support representatives and not 1 had any idea what I was talking about. I am hoping the support form can help us.
We have 2 customers that we need PTR records created for. Can someone assist?

I would love to assist you in setting up those PTR records. Can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, the full service addresses and account numbers that you need the records set up on? -Comcast _Michelle
