Hosting file server through my Business Internet account question about setup...

Got a question:

I decided to not get a static ip address and stay with my dynamic.

Is it still possbile to host my own file server on my account through Comcast? I know it states I can in some posts/pages with a static ip, and it's a low priority file server and a Dynamic DNS service will work fine for me.

If it is possible, are there any things I need to be aware of?

Not talking securing the server, but anything in the setup.

Comcast_Orlando,

That answers nothing...

Is it acceptable with TOS with Comcast Business to host a file server on an account with a non-static ip?

If so, is there anything on my end (as regards to my account) that needs to be done to stay in compliance with Comcast?

Please don't send another rote faq...
