Who can I speak to that can actually help me with waiving charges associated with disconnecting service?

I need a direct email contact for someone who can actually do something about waiving the charges associated with disconnecting Comcast business services. It has been 2 months of trying to get in contact with someone at Comcast who will help, and 4 hours on the phone JUST TODAY being bounced around between departments.

I need a direct email immediately for or from someone who can actually help me. The lack of service or help that we have received as a small business customer with Comcast is honestly unacceptable and predatory. Comcast is a multi-billion dollar company and I'm supposed to believe they cannot find anyone who knows how to help with this?

Thanks for reaching out to us, you'll need to actually reach out to the Comcast business billing team via (800) 391-3000 to discuss any billing charges. Here on this platform we have limited access and only can help you with Basic troubleshooting steps for your services
