My apologies you did reach out to us on our business forums page,

To file documentation for tax-exempt status with Comcast, follow these steps:
Go to the **Comcast Tax Billing Portal**.
Enter your email address.
Select “**I want to submit a customer exemption certificate**” from the **How can we help?** dropdown menu.

Ensure you have valid exemption documentation ready to present to Comcast, as customers may be exempt from certain federal, state, and local taxes, but not all.

Submit Certificate for Tax Exemption
Tax exemptions can be submitted through the
Comcast Tax Billing Portal
.

Enter your email address and select “I want to submit a customer exemption certificate” from the How can we help? dropdown menu.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
