Service status information is not available for your services

When I go to the Service Status Center and try to check my service status I get this message.

Why am I unable to see this information?

Hello, @user_5c3498 Are you also getting this message in the mobile app? In the event of a Business Internet service interruption, you can still access your account from a smartphone or other mobile device to check your connection and perform basic troubleshooting.

Yes, unfortunately the app sends me to a web page to login and gives me the same message

Thanks for clarifying, are you using your Xfinity ID ( email address) or your phone number that's attached to your account? If you're unsure of your Xfinity ID,  you can retrieve that through https://business.comcast.com/support/article/account-management/retrieve-or-change-your-comcast-business-my-account-username-or-password login page,  look for forgot e-mail address link and follow the prompts to enter your billing account number or customer ID, last name, and first name.

 

  I would also try clearing your caches and cookies uninstalling and reinstalling the app after you make sure you're using the correct login information
