not getting bill

rec'd bill today. said was past due. haven't gotten bill previously. now i'm paying a late charge because you did not send bill.

Hello Ronnie,

 

In some cases if you submit a payment after the paper bill is released it will show over due because your payment has not cleared. The way to double check this is to login to the business portal and check to see what your balance is. I have the same problem!  Not receiving bills in mail or email!  Then get phone call that the account is past due!  Including late charges!  Have tried several times to get ecobill turned off and paper bills turned on. They say that it has been changed, but out of blue, I get an email that ecobill has been set up!.....I never did that!

Same here.

My ecobill is on as well. However, there was no ecobills for two months, and suddenly comcast emailed me for the past due and charged an extra money. While I was getting the ecobill, there was no past due.

If comcast cannot handle the billing electronically, I think comcast must not have such option.

I am so upset due to this unpleasant experience.

On Eco billing and the last statement was 6-16-17(verified by looking through my deleted emails).Yesterday I got the dreaded notice of being late by a phone call and suddenly I had no internet. Frantically searched for a billing only to find the last one was June. No complimentary past due emails just cut my service. After paying by C.C., I called and explained that I had no billing, only to be told that seems to be happening to quite a few people calling in. Just love paying for late fees!

I have this problem too. I never received my September 2018 bill. also, my account shows I'm past due on my last bill even though it was paid on August 2, 2018. Now I have a late charge. I don't think I should have to pay a late charge since I never received my bill.

That's inconvenient. Do you have access to your online account? Visit https://business.comcast.com/myaccount/ and sign in with your Comcast Business username and password to access your billing details as well as your latest bill. If you still need assistance, please send me a private message.
