I never received my September 2018 bill. also, my account shows I'm past due on my last bill even though it was paid on August 2, 2018. Now I have a late charge. I don't think I should have to pay a late charge since I never received my bill.

Hi, I paid my bill online through my banking website several days ago, but my account overview still shows my bill as unpaid. I can provide proof of payment from my bank if required. Can you please help? thanks.

Yes, I am. It still does not show that I paid my bill. My bank does show that the payment went through almost a week ago.

My bill is showing a 9.99 charge for equiptment rental, but I am providing my own modem... how do I get this charge removed?  I don't see any method for contacting billing anywhere. Thanks!

I have this same problem. I have supplied my own modem/wireless gateway, but I'm being charged a monthly equipment fee. Can you please remove this charge? Thanks.
