Low Hanging Line

I need my cable wire attached to the telephone pole.  It works, but it is on the ground and needs to be attached to the pole.  A storm knocked down a large tree causing it to pull the wire from the pole.  The electric company reconnected their wire, but not Comcast.  I have called Comcast twice only to have someone promise to call me, and never did.  That was Tuesday and today is Friday.  I am a current Comcast Business customer.
