Xfinity transfer of service [Edit]

I requested a transfer of service and your company has made mistake after mistake. I was told I could not get my transfer until the 30th which outs me at 27 days. I drove four hours to be at a scheduled appointment and no one showed up. I signed docusign after docusign. Employees pretending to be managers. Unscrupulous behavior. This company does not care about existing business clients.
