Issues with Zoom - Late September 2022
Hello, over the past 3 weeks (starting in late September 2022) I have been experiencing audio delays using Zoom. The week of September 19 was fine but then starting around September 26, 2022 for past 3 weeks it has been bad. I tried connecting directly to the Comcast Business modem (a Technicolor CGA4131COM) and still experienced the same issue. I tried restarting/power cycling the modem but it did not help.
I see lots of dropped packets when I use pathping to zoom.us on a few of Coomcast's .ibone.comast.net hosts (although maybe that is expected if ICMP lower priority?).
Anyone have tips on how to best troubleshoot?

@mhanley. The best step is to check the cables and connectors/splitters for any issues. I checked on the signal and overall it is decent, but the uncorrectables are too high and your modem is going into a timeout state. If everything inside with connections look good I recommend a technician.
