Connection Issue for our VoiceEdge phone

Our office is using Business VoiceEdge phone for at least 2 years now.

Recently, some of my colleagues told me that there is a reception issue on our side during the phone call. 

When we make incoming or outgoing calls, the other person can hear us clearly, but we hear their voice intermittently. It was like the phone was on mute for a few second and back to normal again.

Could someone help to solve this issue? Thank you.

@Comcast_Orlando​ I just reset the voice modem, but the situation remains. Is there any other way to solve this issue?

@Boft123 i would also try checking all the connections to make sure everything is securely plugged & finger-tight. If all looks great  I can try some remote trouble shooting on my end. So if you still have the issues 

send our team a direct message with your full name, company name and full address. Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

Press Enter to send it

@Comcast_Orlando​ I'm in "Direct Messaging" page and try to type in "Xfinity Support", it shows "No results found".
