New Q2Q equipment not working on all TV’s. We need a service tech to program correctly.

We have a bulk account in a skilled nursing facility with over 200 residents. We just had a new Q2Q equipment installed. We are not getting video to most of our TV’s, just audio.

@Comcast_Orlando​ That does not help at all. Our accounts are under Comcast Buisness which will not help because they say we are residential bulk. Residential will not help because they say we are Buisness account. Bulk only answers M-F 9-6. It’s b
