Our Comcast Business service is very unreliable with multiple outages every day - Comcast support is unable to diagnose and troubleshoot!

Our Comcast Business service is very unreliable, we have multiple outages every day, and when we call support they are unable to diagnose and trouble shoot the issue. I can't run my business using Comcast, has anyone found a way to get Comcast to actually diagnose and fix these kinds of issues?

I experience outages at least once a week sometimes even more. It is very disruptive to our business and I am beginning to look for another provider. I have spoken to the Comcast Business and Business VoiceEdge support for help but the problem
