Seeing as there doesn't seem to be actual ticketing system for this 'business class' service I'm posting here. I'm in San Francisco (Diamond Heights) and for the last 6 weeks or so my Cable Internet service has had intermittent connectivity issues that have been maddening to troubleshoot. Its on
