If your browser let's you ignore the issue, you can get to webmail, but it's not syncing with Outlook. Chrome will let you bypass the certificate warning, but I don't think IE will let you, and of course, you lose some functionality if you use Chrom

Great support. This isn't an Outlook problem. Yout can't get to the webmail due to the certificate issue either, Outlook or not.. So unacceptable.

Many of our customers are reporting this message: "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks." associated with e-mails they receive from us. This seems to indicate an issue with the SPF. When I query our domain, there appears to be an appropriate SPF. We use Comcast for e-mail ser
