NO PHONE NO INTERNET

How can a Bussiness operate without phone or internet? What are we a third world country? I called comcast and they ESTIMATE some time this afternoon! I am dead in the water!

I agree. We are having the same issue with our business lines. The lines have been dead since yesterday and no one at Comcast seems bothered by the issue. This appears not to be an isolated issue. This is our fourth Ticket in the past two weeks.  We
