I've been trying to get this situation resolved for over a year.  Upon upgrading to Comcast Business Class, I lost the Caller ID feature that had been working with my regular account.  My assigned account rep has been unresponsive.  From the forum comments, it looks like this is a simple matter of C

I reset the modem and made a test call from my cell.  Still no love.

It has been 134 hours and I still have no Caller ID.
