We have BVE and have 3 users in a hunt group. When one user gets a call and puts it on hold, nobody else is able to see that there is a call on hold besides that person.  Is there a way to get others to be able to see who is on hold?

From what the tech from Customer Care is saying, we cannot manage this online at all and any changes must be sent through them for a change of service ticket. Any thought as to why they would say that but your information is different?  (I do not hav

I have to call in to get the feature enabled first.  Why I have to request a free feature to be added to the account after initial setup, I do not know.

It sounds like I need to get the Shared Call Appearance with Multiple Call Arrangement' features enabled for our users for this sort of feature.  I have sent off the request to our rep.
