We have BVE and have 3 users in a hunt group. When one user gets a call and puts it on hold, nobody else is able to see that there is a call on hold besides that person. Is there a way to get others to be able to see who is on hold?

I have to call in to get the feature enabled first. Why I have to request a free feature to be added to the account after initial setup, I do not know.

I have a PDF of compatibilities for our Polycom phones from Comcast Business VoiceEdge (VVX 500 and 335) and it states that the Supra Plus headsets are supported and U10p variant QD/ED cable is supported. I ordered these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA19P0UM5897 - U10P-S19,

It sounds like I need to get the Shared Call Appearance with Multiple Call Arrangement' features enabled for our users for this sort of feature. I have sent off the request to our rep.
