I have recently had internent, tv and phone installed, but in my portal, I just see "Pending order" and some information on an installation checklist, order summary and how to understand my bill.  I would like to manage my account including change my Wireless Network Name and Password as well as set

I am trying to unlink previous business address accounts.  The oldest account does not give me and option to Unlink.  The 2nd oldest account had the Unlink option, but it says I have to create a user account before unlinking?  These accounts are 2 and 4 years old. Thank you for your time.

Was there a solution to the incompatibility?  Last post I could find mentions a firmware update in the near future, but it's been 6 months since that post.

I found a post from last month that mentions there is still no resolution.

HI MidlandLoft.  The gateway username/password has been set to the defaults login: cusadmin  password: highspeed.   Thank You
