This is the second month in a row you charged $ 4.95 for box I returned 06/15/15 {removed} On the bill from 06/24-07/24 you charged it And on the new one billing period 07/24-08/23 you charged again. I called and talked to your representative 07/10/15 about it and he assured me it will be taken car

I have the same issues getting any communication with Comcast Business. I have charges billing me twice for my internet. It's been 8 months. Call after call, I get nowhere. I have called numerious times. No results. Terrible service.
