Connection Blocking Database

My organization uses a database system to keep track of our information (ChurchTrac9.1) and I have not been able to synchronize new information to the system since having this internet service. I used another computer and different wifi connection earlier today and it loaded everything just fine so

The PCs are Dell and we are running 8.1 and have reserved Windows 10 for the full roll out at the end of the month

By the way, the other computer I used was an HP laptop. When I tried to sync the database under our business wifi connection on the laptop it failed too just as it did on the PCs, but when I changed the connection to a personal wifi hotspot it worked
