What is the cost for 1 static IP on a Business account?

I've responded to 2 Comcast folks with the requested info and have not received any follow-up.   That was over a week ago.

Went to block a number today on our Business Voice Portal, and I can't find the Selective Call Rejection option I've used so many times in the past. Has it moved and I'm overlooking it, or is it gone?

Never mind...it reappeared under Privacy.  Not sure why it was gone before.

For about the last 24 hours, all call history for all our lines is gone ("There is no call history available"). Is this a known issue, or something specific to my account?

My company was just set up with new a new Comcast Business Modem yesterday, and I discovered overnight that some remote services we have are no longer accessible.  I'm assuming this is due to the new modem not being in bridge mode. Can anyone assist with getting this changed on our modem, or is call

Please disregard this question.  I went ahead and called in, and the issue was taken care of with a ticket within 4 hours of my request.
