I've been without Business Class internet, phone or TV since 2:50pm central in Huntsville, Alabama. It is now 10:50pm. I've called several times and all I am told is that there is an outage in my area and they are working on it and it should be back up within the hour. Is this grounds for breaking

I'm on a 50/10 connection with a SMCD3G-CCR gateway. Lately the SIP call quality has been horrible. I spent an hour on the phone this morning with my SIP trunk provider (Digium) and after troubleshooting they said the problem was most likely on Comcast's side. Digium said I should ask if Comcast was
