Hello, thank you for your reply. I was able to find and enable text alerts on my account. However, there is no mention anywhere (that I can find) about being alerted to service outages as the frequent Comcast tv commercial claim. We are expecting

With the constant conectivity issues, it seems silly that we have no way of reporting or checking on outages as "buisness" customers. Even somthing like the SMS system residential customers have would be welcome. Without it, we have to rely on external services like down detector.
