Dear Comcast, this is not acceptable! In the last few months Business Internet conection became really bad.Every few days connection is just dead - physical link is up, but no IP packet can get throughIt stays dead anywhere from minutes to hours - like whole saturday evening At first I tried rebooti

We too experience frequent loss of service.  So bad that I had to pay for a Verizon Mi-Fi that way we can still conduct business. When we do have service it is terribly slow, the MiFi is faster. Tried to get Fios but it was unavailable.
