Hi, our caller ID has been showing up on client's phones incorrectly as numbers of an old address rather than our company name. Numerous calls by ourstaff to Comcast have been fruitless for over a year. Can someone help? Thank you,Michael

Hi Gina, I found the correct PIN and tried to respond via PM but the system now says that I maxed out the number of PMs that I can "send for now". Can you call me at the number I gave you as my extension so that we can get this done? Thanks, Michael3
