I had Comcast Business for 6 years. Every year it failed to deliver 99% availability or meet SLAs, but we stayed with CB because it is the only Business level provider available in our location (i.e., a monopoly). Then, in April of this year, our bill more than doubled without any advanced notice. W

@Comcast_Jorge​ this part of your instructions do not work Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list CB just gets worse!

We have a modem listed as approved by Comcast Bussiness (https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/use-your-own-comcast-business-modem-device/). When we connect the modem, it initializes but does not access internet. What are the steps to get our modem to work with our Comcast Business
