Is there a way to get email notification when Comcast internet to our building goes down.  We are a 24/7 Police/Fire Dispatch Center and need know when Comcast Business Internet goes down as we monitor an Alarm Board for one of the agencies that we dispatch for, that uses Comcast to connect remotely
