I am trying to link a new account to the other accounts I have online, but when I type in the account number it tells me that "The Account May Be Invallid". I also cannot figure out how to get through your automated phone system to speak with an actual person, which is also a little frustrating.

I have four accounts, three of which are under one login, while the fourth is under a second login. I would like to get all four accounts under a single login. I just need to know what I have to do in order to accomplish that.
