If I cancel my Website services with Comcast Can I transfer my domain?
Greetings-
I have hired a company to handle all of our media including website development which includes hosting. They have built my site under a new domain however Id like to use the domain I have always used which I registered wih comcast when I began services. If I cancel Comcast website service can I retain my domain? If so how do I transfer it?

Sorry for the delayed response. When canceling the website service you would still have access to your domain name but I am unaware of any fee's associated as this is supported by a specialist team. To get this information and to process the request you would have to call our support line at 1-800-391-3000 where one of our support reps can get your requested started. I hope this information helps.
