can't find channel line up

Hello,

When I click "View Channel Lineup" in my account, I don't see anything.  I've tried using the chat feature and calling to get this information but have not gotten anywhere.  How do I find out what channels I have?

@Comcast_Gabriel​ Yes, it shows me the channels that are available under each plan but it doesn't show me how to find a particular channel.  For example CSpan is available under every plan but it doesn't tell me to go to channel 848 to get CSpan or whatever the number is.

Hmm, that is certainly strange @user_e63465! We appreciate you sharing those details with us. Just to confirm, are you logged into your account online when accessing that link? If so, can you clear your browsers cache and cookies? And then try again?

Yes, I am logged in.  I cleared my browser's cache and cookies and tried again and got the same results.  I click "View Channel Lineup" and it says "TV Channel Lineup."  Under that, there is a search window that says "Channel Name."  Below that there is a row that says "Icon," "Name" and "Number."  Below that, it says "No results found."  The upper righthand corner has a button that says "Upgrade Service."

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Comcast Business.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

We have a business restaurant and used to be able to change our tvs with a ipad.  We have 28 tvs...  I was told that the app was discontinued to do this.  Is this true?

user_3d0e5b Thanks for your comment. The Xfinity TV Remote app was retired on February 11, 2025 and is no longer available for download. Is this the app you're referring to?
