Bad reception during primetime
I am getting really really bad reception from 8-10pm across ALL channels during prime time.
from 10pm to 8pm there is no issues.....
I tried using the chat, but it said I had to call (why even have the chat???)
The IVR is very annoying and I prefer NOT to use it unless I absolutly have to...
