Single name for email display
Yesterday I set up Comcast Exchange to handle our email. Looks like the profile requres a last name, which won't work for our company (Brand X Customs). For now I used "Brand X" as the first name, and "Customs" as the last name, now all our email shows up as "Customs, Brand X" for our customers. There must be a way a company can have it's name and not a first/last, I confess my search of the portal (and this forum) has not given me any clues.

Thank you for the reply! Unfortunately the helpful link concludes with...
'Note: If you are using a Microsoft Exchange account, you cannot change the display name. Only your Exchange administrator can make this change.'
Comcast is hosting the Microsoft Exchange account. I guess I need someone from Comcast to make the change?

Hello BrandXCustoms,
Welcome to the forum.
To make changes on your user name, please log into your 'My Account' using the primary admin account.
Then click on the 'tab' users and select Users from the Manage Account menu.
Select Edit next to the user account then select 'edit' again in the user basic settings menu.
Once the change has been made, please click save.
