Sharepoint not showing up.
When I connect to the business website, we only have Nortons option.

I had the same issue. I was told that it was due to using my own email adress rather than setting up a comcastbiz.net adress during my initial account setup. Contact support and they can submit a ticket to have your login deleted and reset like new.
