I do not have a SharePoint option available on the Internet management page. I only have options for View DNS Settings and Download Norton Antivirus. I am logged in as the business owner (I have not created other accounts, as yet).

Hello Joel0903 and welcome,

Please be advised that:

BYOE or "bring your own email" refers to clients that are using a 3rd party email that is not hosted by Comcast. This login will allow the client to login to the portal for billing purposes but will not provide any of the internet features such as email or SharePoint for that user.

The above means that if your email domain is not under the Comcast umbrella that your Business Owner administration email will not allow you to have Website or Sharepoint management capability.
