Re: 64 bit Outlook

Im in the same boat! Except, i cant even use the 32-bit Outlook, because i have 64-bit Microsoft Office 2010 installed... 
I dont think free outlook should be advertised if they dont offer both versions... 

 

As some know, 32-bit outlook will not work with 64-bit Office.

Thus Office wont even let me install 32-bit Outlook. 

 

I need it installed ASAP for my business... and no one seems to know how to get this resolved or when...

I have not seen a response to this post. I, too, tried installing Outlook and it won't because I have a 64-bit O/S. I don't know who has a 32-bit O/S anymore but Comcast needs to note this in the descriptions so the rest of us stop spinning our wheels. Just more confirmation that Comcast is one of the most hideous service providers on the planet.
