Hello Joy and welcome,

 

If you are looking to change your Business Class Portal OWA email display name procede as follows:

1. Log into the administrator email account

2. Click on My Account. Users link top left

3. which ever email address you want to change the display name on, just select the edit button on that email address

4. it will then bring up some various email change segment, one of which is Name, PW and click on this edit button on the right

5. this will bring up a First Name and Last Name change text boxes where you can change the name as you wish

6. then click the save button and you have now changed the display name of that email address

Display name changes on the account, but NOT when actually sending email.

Having the same problem. I change the user names, they don't update on the email. Also the name on the email show the last names and first names reversed. It keeps inserting commas on some accounts behind the first name as well. They appear correctly under the user list.

I'm having the same issue. Cannot figure out how to change the display name in OWA when sending e-mails. The "FROM" sender remains the same even after changes have been made by tech support.

I am also having the same problem.  Changing the display name online is not working.  Comcast, please fix this problem.
