The error message information within you post seems to be directed towards byron@dbs-ca.com email address. when I check the dbs-ca.com domain zone file information I see the following:
20 mq01.hmc1.comcast.net.
ns5.dnsmadeeasy.com.
ns1.dbs-ca.com.
ns6.dnsmadeeasy.com.

Have the email address user check their zone file for legitimate elements within.
