Hello bhj3 and welcome,

The error message information within you post seems to be directed towards byron@dbs-ca.com email address.  when I check the dbs-ca.com domain zone file information I see the following:

A192.185.108.36

MX10 mx01.hmc1.comcast.net.    This looks like an oldie but goldie Comcast MX records, but has no corresponding  NAME Server or CNAME records. If this is a Comcast customer, you will need to have them log into their Business Class Portal account admin email address, click on Manage Services/Email, then View DNS Settings to make sure they are using the correct MX records. If this is not a Comcast customer then they should not have any MX records in use and this will definitely cause issues like you are seeing in your post.
20 mq01.hmc1.comcast.net.

CNAMENo CNAME record found.

NSns7.dnsmadeeasy.com.
ns5.dnsmadeeasy.com.
ns1.dbs-ca.com.
ns6.dnsmadeeasy.com.

PTRNo PTR record found.

SOAdbs-ca.com. hostmaster.dbs.ca.com
2013110501 21600 3600 1728000 172800

Have the email address user check their zone file for legitimate elements within.

Hope this helps you out.
