@Comcast_Benjamin​ Thanks for your note.  I clicked on the new message and typed Xfinity Support but no Xfinity support showed up, just a number of entries with the name Support in them (but no xfinity support).  I tried just using your name (Comcast_Benjamin).  A number of Comcast_* names were listed, but I could not find yours....

flyingrobots Apologizes, you will want to type "Comcast Business" in the "To:" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list to reach our team.
