IPv6 is broken in every way that matters on CGA4131COM

IPv6 doesn't work. The CGA4131COM will not route IPv6 traffic that does not originate from itself. The default IPv6 gateway pings, but the link local address does not ping and traceroutes fail no matter what IPv6 address I give it. DHCPv6 works and I receive an IP, but it cannot go anywhere.

Has anyone encountered this behavior?

Comcast support doesn't know what IPv6 is at all whatsoever. They have no idea how comcast implements ipv6 or even how to troubleshoot my issue, which I find disgusting.
