Xfinity Mobile Scam

My business has been Comcast Business customers for years. Last year we moved our address and a local rep helped us open our new account. She then proceeded to sign us up for mobile services under our old address. We never activated our phones nor created an account. But we got billed anyway and received additional charges for not having core services because it was linked to our old address that she inputted! Without asking or informing us. I currently can't even access my Xfinity account because it says my phone number and email are not associated with it. Xfinity proceeded to bill us for months for services we never used or signed up for and refuse to remove the charges. I feel scammed, lied to, and completely ignored as a Comcast Business customer of many years. Someone please restore my faith in this company.

We value your Business and truly appreciate you being a customer with us, so it's unsettling to hear about this. We never want this experience for our customers, and it's important that we get this all straightened out. 

 

Since we do not have full access to Comcast Business billing, we would have to ask you to call Comcast Business support at (800) 391-3000. Have you had the opportunity to reach out and work with them over the phone to get this all sorted out?
