I am writing to formally complain about the disconnection of my business internet and phone services for the second time this month, despite my payment on February 2nd with a Visa card ending in 9437 for $214.19. I have printed confirmation from your website. Additionally, my last bill indicated a credit of $40, making this disconnection both confusing and unwarranted.

Both internet and phone services are critical for my business, which handles patient care. These disruptions, particularly the phone service being disconnected at 5:00 AM on a Saturday, are highly unreliable and have caused serious operational delays.

This situation is unacceptable, and I request immediate reinstatement of services and confirmation that these outages will not occur again. As a Florida-based business, I am prepared to pursue legal consequences if this situation is not resolved immediately.
