Unify UCI modem support

Comcast Business customer modem compatibility list shows Unify UCI cable modem as compatible for new speed requirements like 800/200Mb.

I have the cable modem at my Xfinity serviced residence and it works fine - getting ~1G download and ~190MB upload speed.

At my company (served by Comcast Business I get ~900MB download and ONLY 40MB upload speed. The 800/200 service shows as available at my business address and my curret plan is 800/200. What gives?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_d40485! I’d like to take a further look at your account. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number. To send a Direct Message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send it

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
