static routing/Latency
We are having terrible latency--sometimes as high as 1500ms-- between our comcast conenction and our SIP vendor in LA.
I need to have a static route set up on my business line..
who can I email it too?

Hello Old School and welcome,
If you need an IPV4 static IP just contact 8003913000 option 1 and have your account number handy, then request that a 1 ($14.95) or 5 ($19.95) or 13 ($34.95) static IP block be allocated to your account and the technical agent should be able to build, configure, and upload this into your Comcast Gateway.
Your SIP Vendor's Server should be using a static IP address that is from your business account. All of your phones should be soft accessing your SIP Server via your business static IP routable address for it to operate correctly and consistently.
Hope this helps you out.
