Setup my cradlepoint and configure my static ip

Question

The internet line to my building/apartment was disconnected and I need to set up my cradlepoint with connectionpro ..  I also have a static ip address I need to configure with it.  I have the equipment but I don't know rely how to set it all up can someone help me ?
