Reset Router Password

Hello, I hope that your day is going well so far. Are you referring to the password that logs into your router so that you can manage your wireless settings and network? If yes, you will need to use the small hole behind the modem to reset the modem to factory defaults. If you do take this action you will have to set up your network from step one though. I recommend only doing this as a last course of action as we have a demarcation as to how far we can assist. If you have an IT contact, I would reach out to them as well.
