HI rockingham. The gateway username/password has been reset to the defaults. Please let me know if additional changes are needed.

HI rockingham. I have verified access to the device with the defaults, cuadmin/highspeed. Access to the device is via directly connect PC on LAN IP 10.1.10.1. Customer remote access to the device is not available. Please let me know if you are able to access the device.
