crx_e9b944 If you're trying to reset your password for your modem, please use this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wifi-change-admin-tool to do so.

Hello, thanks for the reply, I called support and they were able to reset it back to highspeed, now I have another question, our company uses comcast as backup internet, we have a palo alto firewall, and configured with redundant isp connections, I tested it and it falls back to comcast, the only problem is there seems to be no DNS resolution while on comcast, I can only ping 8.8.8.8, I use internal domain controllers that are also DNS servers. Our primary ISP is ATT, and have static public IP's for the dns servers. Pls advice how to get dns working when it falls back to comcast network.

thanks in advanced.

Hi @crx_e9b944, I am glad to hear that you all are back running at full strength. It sounds like we made need to perform a reverse DNS on our end of things. To get started please send our team a direct message with your your first and last name, name of your business, and the full service address.

To send a direct message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

• An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it"
