Request my Netgear CG3000DCR Set to "True Bridge Mode"

Each Comcast Support person I speak to tells me a different story when I request to have my modem placed into "True Bridge Mode". Seems like I will never get this done. Can someone from Comcast Support assist and also educate your staff on how to handle these request to avoid countless of frustrated paying customers???

How do I get this done to my Modem, Bridge Mode, Dumb Modem? I wasted many hours atton the phone with Comcast Support to no avail. Customer service reps are down right rude and each one tells you something different.

Why is customer service so terribe at Comcast for Business and Residential, not to mention some customer service representatives are argumentative and seem to have attitudes. They should not be in customer service. Not sure why we as customer do not begin a boycott of their services, guess the the perceived dependence is there. I have been on the phone for hours attempting to get my Business modem into Bridge Mode so I could manage routing myself, seems like this is impossible!!!! This is just wasted hours and frustration.
